Abstract: Discusses various aspects and approaches that Delhi College of Engineering Library is employing to provide the resources and services available to users. Outreach and promotion of library resources and services is an increasing challenge in the online world since many of users do not often visit the library. This is particularly true in science and engineering libraries, where much of content have been made available online and users tend to be technology savvy. Elaborates the process of re-engineering of automation initiatives and digital library initiatives to prepare the ground base for hybrid library. Library website is designed in such a way that helps us to re-engineering of library and information services to maximize usage and draw users back into the library, both physically and virtually. 1.
