| dc.description.abstract | Every organization needs good people to succeed, and finding those people is what recruitment is all about. The HR team works hard to bring in the best candidates while keeping costs down and hiring times short. COVID-19 changed how we do everything—including how companies hire. People stopped going to offices, and businesses had to find new ways to recruit. They started using online interviews and virtual processes instead of meeting candidates in person. This shift raised questions. Would candidates trust an online process? Would it work as well as traditional hiring? This study looks at working professionals who experienced online recruitment during the pandemic to see what they really thought about it. The results were encouraging. Most candidates felt positive about online recruitment and trusted the system. This suggests companies could keep using these methods even after COVID-19 ends. | en_US |
