dc.description.abstractSustainability is very important for business, country, society and world. Environment concern is one of biggest concern of world. Businesses are one of main contributor to environment pollution. Therefore, there is a pressure on business organisation to adopt green practices. Green Human Resource Management is very useful for the organisation. Green Human Resource Management is use of green practices in Human Resource Management. There it is important to talk about Green human Resource Management and to conduct the research on this topic. I prepared this research project on the topic Green Human Resource Management. My first research objective was to discuss about Green Human Resource Management practices and policies. I followed literature review approach for that. Second research objective was to study about Green Human Resource Management practices in Aditya Birla Group. Information has been collected from sustainability website of Aditya Birla Group. Third objective was to know about awareness of Green Human Resource Management. Primary data has been collected through questionnaire and responses were analysed through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings were that people are well aware about Green Human Resource Management and it has good future.en_US
