The study is based on the Chatbots and their efficiency in addressing the task they are designed for and if integration further enhances overall reliance on chat bots. Chat bots now are part of all the major websites and handle a wide variety of tasks such as data collection, customer support etc A sample survey was conducted to find the outlook of the correspondents towards the current perception and usefulness in a users mind and to establish a connection between satisfaction and the user background. The study mainly focuses on ease of use, prerequisite knowledge of the user, time and effort savings, overall satisfaction with the chatbots and ultimately overall inclination towards using chat-bots rather than reaching out to a customer care executive. It was found out that user experience was primarily based on pragmatic variables of a chatbot. To improve this it was recommended that the algorithm working behind these chatbots should be improved and more factual data should be fed as training set to train the chatbot for the responses.en_US
