The report based on my major research project starts with an introduction of the research project, scope, and objectives of the project, leading to the literature review, conceptual framework of employee engagement, research methodology and analysis. This research project is on the employee engagement process which helps me in exploring the employee engagement process and its effects on organizational performance. The study aimed to identify the key drivers of employee engagement and to understand how an organization's engagement process impacts the employee's attitudes and effects their performance To achieve these objectives, quantitative research approach was adopted, which included a comprehensive literature review, and a quantitative survey of 101 employees from a variety of industries. The findings of this study suggest that employee engagement is a multidimensional concept that is influenced by a range of factors, including leadership, reward and recognition, job satisfaction, and employee personal growth and development. The study also found that effective measurement and management of employee engagement requires a comprehensive and holistic approach that takes into account the unique needs and characteristics of each organization.en_US
