Abstract: One of the most crucial roles of Human Resource management in any firm is training and development. The goal of this training is to improve individuals' abilities, behaviour, and knowledge by exposing them to new ways of accomplishing their jobs. Training and development aids in the upgrading of individuals' skills and expertise for doing a job, which in turn increases their work efficiency and an organization's production. It guarantees that employees' oddness or eccentricity is eliminated, and that education or behavioural change occurs in a fairly organised manner. Previously, the bulk of such activities resulted in illness/stress as a result of downsizing, as well as violations of the affective commitment between employees and employer. HR and T&D departments were widely criticised for generating this psychological collapse as a result of their enormous layoff measures. This study will assist us in better understanding the function of training and development sessions in this new world where Human Resources is so important. Identifying the issues that workers encountered when working from home and how training resolved them.
