Abstract: India is a vast country with enormous population. There is a strong relationship between telecommunication infrastructure and enhancement of economic activities in all industrialized and developing countries This project report focuses on Telecom Crisis in India. The study aims to investigate and evaluate the impact of Telecom Crisis in India. This study reports new results in the field of buying behavior of consumers’ response. A survey of 65 respondent were taken from Delhi/NCR to analyse the Telecom Crisis in India. Our analysis found that two main reasons for telecom mess in this country is indiscriminate issue of licences by govt without studying consumption capacity and indiscriminate bidding by operators to loot the public.
