dc.description.abstractThe Central Library organized a successful workshop/ session/ training on Mendeley on 15.02.2017 (Wednesday) in the conference hall of the library for faculty, students and staff members of DTU. Mendeley, developed by Elsevier is used for managing and sharing research papers, discovering research data and collaborating online. It works as an online social network for researchers. It is a reference management application. The Users can store all basic citation data on their servers—storing copies of documents is at the user's discretion. Upon registration, Mendeley provides the user with 2 GB of free web storage space. The workshop/ session/ training coordinated by Dr. (Mrs.) Lalita, Assistant Librarian under the supervision of R K SHUKLA, University Librarian was well attended by the faculty members and students.en_US
