Abstract:	This project work attempts to conduct a pilot study towards understanding Program Governance Guidelines for the Global Outsourcing Program (GOP) of ‘The Business’, a Global Leader in Media domain. This work aims to enable ‘The Vendor’, a Global IT Services Provider and a Global Outsourcing Partner of ‘The Business’, to understand requirements of the Global Outsourcing Program and provides a starting point towards implementing mature practices in the future that enables proactive program governance and provides for a low-risk operating environment
