dc.description.abstractPaperless office is a novel ideology that involves reduction and eventually complete elimination of paper consumption in organization. the benefits associates with a paperless way of working are plenty and they completely redifine the way business function making efficiently than ever before. in particular, this study is about the paperless office initiative implemented at ONGC. the report begins with a very generic distinction between a pre-paperless scenario and a paperless scenario. the vision statement is helpful is laying the foundation of goals that an organisation transitioning to a paperless office must achieve.en_US
