Abstract: The serious issue the world is confronting today is the natural contamination. In the construction industry basically the creation of Portland cement will causes the emanation of toxins brings about natural contamination, like emission of CO2 gas. By using the industrial by products in construction industry we can reduce effect of pollution on environment. . Geopolymer concrete is such a one and in the present study, to produce the geo-polymer concrete the Portland cement is fully replaced with fly ash and the fine aggregate is replaced with quarry dust and alkaline liquids are used for the binding of materials. The alkaline liquids used in this study for the polymerization are the solutions of Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium silicate (Na2Sio3). 13M, molarity sodium hydroxide is used in this work. The cube specimens are taken of size 150mm x 150mm x 150mm.The Geopolymer concrete specimens are tested for their compressive strength at the age of 28 days. Cylindrical concrete specimen are prepared of test of modulus of elasticity and possion’s ratio of Geopolymer concrete. Ambient and oven curing are used for it, and compare the result of both. Varying fly ash/ slag ratio are used and results are compared.
