There has been rapid increase in the demands of the antennas for different systems and standards with many properties like reduced shape, high gain, better efficiency etc. because the use of wireless communications and satellite communications have been increased in the last thirty years. So, the planar and dielectric resonator antenna are the most trending antenna nowadays. In this project, the main objective is to design and fabricate a Swastika shaped Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA). In this antenna, a dielectric material ceramic is used in it having high relative permittivity of 9.8 and dielectric loss tangent is 0. This antenna is designed using ANSYS HFSS software version 16. In this project single element and dual element swastika shaped Dielectric Resonator antenna is designed. The single element antenna is designed on the top of FR4 epoxy substrate of dimensions 55mm×55mm and having a height of 1.6 mm which have relative permittivity of 4.4 and dielectric loss tangent of 0.02 while the dual element antenna is designed on the top of FR4 epoxy substrate of dimensions 90 mm × 50 mm and having a height of 1.6 mm. In this antenna, aperture coupled feeding technique is used in which H-shaped slot is cut from the ground. This leads to better gain and radiation efficiency.en_US
