The technology advancements has led to an era of submicron devices/circuit being operated at low power supply which have proper functioning and as reliability. The need of low power supply is also beneficial for increased life time of battery in portable electronic systems. This work investigates the use of dynamic threshold metal oxide semiconductor (DTMOS) transistors in current differencing buffer amplifier (CDBA) an active block. The behavior of DTMOS based CDBA is studied through SPICE simulation using 0.18 µm technology. An application namely CDBA based filter operation is examined used presented DTMOS based CDBA.en_US
