Abstract: | Tourism is an enterprise the place provider is marketed. it wants skilled and unskilled laborers. Tourism is a carried oriented commercial enterprises where the clients enjoy the offering they are having. Most of the personal working into tourism industry are no longer professionally qualified. primary motive for the employee turnover are the low wage system , lack of systematic work agenda and the mind-set of the society in the direction of the personal in this industry. the remuneration paid in the unorganized tourism zone is very low when compared with their work. |
