A current mode signal processing circuit is quite attractive for low power supply and high frequency applications. The current mirror is an active element of this circuit. In current mode techniques the current mirrors have wider dynamic range and extended bandwidth as compared to other active elements. The project involves study of current mirrors, their comparison between input and output resistances and compliance voltage. Further the project includes the basic like adder, subtractor blocks using CMOS based cascode current mirror and implementation of filters using this building block. Project also includes studies of sinusoidal to square waveform. Results will be verified on PSPICE using CMOS 350 nm technology parameters.en_US
