Current Biomedical research advances in genetics have impelled rapid development towards the systematic identification of genes involved in various disorders. However the detailed understanding of the molecular and physiological mechanisms through which these genes affect disease characteristics remains a major challenge. Genes interact in networks to coordinate cellular processes. Analysis of these networks provides discernments into gene interactions and functions. Here, we will try to identify the Rheumatoid Arthritis disease module, i.e. the local neighborhood of the Interactome whose perturbation is associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and validate it for functional and pathophysiological relevance, using computational approaches. We will use different omics data, we will identify the important pathway which is novel modulator in Rheumatoid arthritis. The wiring diagram of the uncovered Rheumatoid Arthritis module suggests a relatively close link between seed genes and other indirectly associated genes. Here, we took advantage of normal variation in human gene expression to deduce gene networks, which we constructed using cytoscape of more than 258 seed genes in Rheumatoid Arthritis. Furthermore, genes that predispose to the same diseases are clustered non randomly in the interaction network, suggesting that networks can provide seed genes that influence disease susceptibility. Therefore, our analysis of gene interaction networks give information on the function of seed genes in normal and disease processes.en_US
