Abstract: In today's business environment, individual organisation cannot sustain its competitiveness without having competitive suppliers, distributors and retailers,etc. It implies that managing the supply chain has become core area of strategy for modern dynamic organisations.Very few frameworks are available to analyze the competitiveness of the supply chain. Nowaday's competitiveness cannot be analyzed only by financial factors.These factors are grouped under three main categories viz. Assets,Process and Performance. This frame work can be used to quantify the competitiveness of the supply chain as well as to compare different supply chains with each other.
