The paper covers all disciplines coming under social sciences as listed in CC. The methodology adopted for information gathering from the Internet is described. The criteria for evaluation of open access journals discussed. The list of open access journals with their websites and bibliographic details is provided. Some suggestions for better management of these resources are also put forward for acceptance and discussion
