X-rays are very useful in medical purpose, without help of the x-rays we could not detect the fracture of bones, radiology treatment, cancer treatment and other skin treatment but if large amount of exposure of x-rays to the body, x-rays are damages the tissues of the body. To the protection of the X-rays, we are manufacturing the X-ray resistant polymeric sheet. This sheet is the manufactured Plasticized filled PVC Formulations incorporating radio opaque compound in different loads ratio of different-2 phr were prepared as follows. Three formulation techniques are used for making the X-rays resistant polymeric composition. These techniques are: Dry blending, Two Roll Milling, Compression molding. The polymeric sheet by compression molding with the impregnating the radiopaque materials like lead oxide, bone powder, barium sulphate and cerium oxide, etc.The principal of invention can be applied to broad range of other items, including surgical hood, hospital, and partition drops etc...en_US
